Brazilian Investment Property

After great success in the overseas property world for a number of years, many wondered whether Brazil would continue its rapid development during the peak of the recession.

However, in spite of chaos in the worldwide economy Brazil’s property market performed very well during 2011 when compared to other countries within South America and the results so far in 2012 are encouraging.

The economy and tourist market within Brazil has received improvement as a result of a new government forming in early 2011, whilst new property developments have been completed which is a positive sign from an investor’s point of view.
